Monthly Quality Model Evaluation

During the Quality Month activity in September 2026, grassroots personnel from the production and quality departments, as well as indirect front-line management personnel, will participate in the evaluation. The number of evaluators is generally based on 7% of the number of personnel in each workshop/department, and will be comprehensively evaluated based on the work performance, quality awareness, attendance, and other factors of direct personnel from the production and quality control departments in September.
