Guided by the scientific development concept and focusing on quality, standards, teamwork, and efficiency, we vigorously promote the quality policy of "full participation in quality control, continuous improvement of quality, improvement of manufacturing processes, and satisfaction of customer needs". We aim to comprehensively enhance the quality awareness of all employees, promote the improvement of product quality, service quality, and quality management level, and advance the healthy development of the company's quality management path. In early September, during the Huitong regular meeting, we publicized the Quality Month activities, introducing the time, content, purpose, and reward details of the activities, and mobilizing all employees to actively participate. In the early stages of the Quality Month, we utilized banners and blackboards to conduct comprehensive promotion of the Quality Month in the main activity areas or prominent places of Huitong, guiding all employees to actively participate in the Quality Month activities;

In the middle of the quality month, a quality knowledge contest will be held to achieve the goal of jointly learning quality knowledge and enhancing product quality awareness. It will consist of multiple rounds, including knowledge contests for direct personnel in production and quality control, as well as knowledge contests for indirect personnel in the office.

From September 1st to September 25th, grassroots personnel from the production and quality departments, as well as indirect front-line managers (excluding supervisors and above), will participate in the evaluation. The number of participants will be determined by 5% of the total number of employees in each workshop. The evaluation will be based on the comprehensive assessment of the work performance, quality awareness, and attendance of direct personnel from the production and quality control departments in September.

At the end of September, a Quality Month Summary Conference will be held to summarize and analyze the Quality Month activities, read out the list of award winners, and mobilize all personnel to actively learn the spirit of the Quality Month activities. We will continue to make persistent efforts and strive for excellence in our future work.
